I have several recipes that call for sugar free dried cranberries. I haven’t been able to locate them locally or on the internet, so I have been waiting for then to show up in the stores to make my own. I used the recipe from Nourished, a cookbook by Judy Barnes Baker, but here is a link to a similar recipe for sugar free dried cranberries. I have a food dehydrator, which speeded up the process for me. It’s a bit time consuming, but a few cranberries go a long way. Last week I used the cranberries in Cranberry Lime Bread. Delicious!
